Our Programs

Our programs are designed to serve the Jordanian youth from all over the Kingdom and from different age groups. Our programs focus on diverse scopes such as leadership, entrepreneurship, vocational and technical training and education, community development, economic participation, training, volunteering, and more. At the Crown Prince Foundation, we work within certain pathways under which are all our programs and activities. Our pathways are curated to represent experience, journey, and pursuit of becoming a guide, supporter, and facilitator of opportunities that build capabilities and provide the necessary tools and platforms for our young men and women.

Pathway to Leadership

Target Group:All

The Crown Prince Foundation strives to actively facilitate youth access with the relevant exposure, skills, and knowledge to become leaders at the individual, community, and national levels. This is completed through the intensive focus on setting youth on the pathway to realizing their leadership potential, agency, and the formation of a collective and inclusive identity. Furthermore, through reinforcing a specific set of leadership characteristics, these youth become more able to mobilize their direct peers and their environment to achieve a positive impact. The activities and programs of the Foundation maintain both a short-term and long-term vision, reinforcing active citizenship through the gradual development of participating youth from leaders among their peers to leaders at the national level through their continued engagement and development across multiple stages.

Pathway to Economic Participation

Target Group:All

The Crown Prince Foundation aims to provide youth with a platform from which their economic participation is assured through the provision of the requisite skills, knowledge, and tools to ensure their livelihoods and become active contributors to the economic development of the Kingdom. This is achieved not only by addressing current market demands but also by anticipating future demands through the adoption and facilitation of access to technologies and skills at the forefront of a dynamic and quickly evolving labor market and global economy. Furthermore, CPF buttresses and facilitates local entrepreneurship, providing the necessary avenues for the economic success of youth and the Kingdom. This is to increase the size of the productive economy and allow for a chain of opportunities to be created for the entrepreneurs themselves and others. Finally, CPF seeks to instill innovation not only as a key process but as a mindset among youth whereby youth can identify existing issues and provide solutions that create new value.

The continued engagement of communities at various levels allows for the formulation of development processes that are both tailored to the local community and address the aggregate development needs. Furthermore, CPF focuses intensively on creating and leveraging social networks to set communities throughout Jordan as a key platform from which youth may flourish. The Foundation also facilitates the creation of local clusters, allowing for localized development, and empowering local communities to address their needs through leveraging various actors from the public, private, and civil society sectors to coordinate in a complementary and supplementary manner. This pathway includes programs focused on volunteerism and youth engagement efforts at all levels, connecting volunteers with volunteering opportunities at various entities, and developing a sense of social responsibility.
