Amman, August 21 – The Crown Prince Foundation (CPF) has opened applications for the fifth cohort of the Al Hussein Fellowship Program (HFP), its flagship program under the Pathway to Leadership. Applications will be accepted through Sunday, September 21, 2025.
According to a statement from CPF, the program is open to young men and women from all governorates of the Kingdom, aged 20 to 25, who demonstrate leadership potential and a strong commitment to developing their personal, leadership, and civic capabilities. The program aims to build a generation equipped with the values and leadership skills needed to contribute meaningfully to Jordan’s social, political, and economic development.
HFP is a year-long program focused on service-based leadership. It equips participants with the tools, skills, and knowledge needed to become effective leaders in the public, private, and civil sectors.
The program incorporates concepts such as experiential learning, teamwork, personal and professional mentorship, volunteering, and communication, while also exposing participants to regional and global experiences and expertise. It includes field visits and hands-on participation in projects that aim to provide sustainable solutions to key local development challenges.
HFP is delivered with the support of over 150 experts and speakers, alongside dedicated mentors and strategic partners, in collaboration with local, regional, and international institutions. This provides participants with a comprehensive and high-impact leadership development experience.
Upon completion, participants gain access to the Al Hussein Fellowship Graduate Network, ensuring continuity of learning and fostering the exchange of knowledge and experiences.
