About HFP

HFP is the flagship of the Crown Prince Foundation’s (CPF) programs under the Leadership Pathway, guiding youth to develop their capabilities, discipline, and strategic foresight. HFP fosters a sense of connectedness and accountability and encourages a growth mindset to create a rooted yet progressive nucleus of change. HFP is focused on the “serve to lead” concept and is designed to create experiences that address prevalent limitations in youth’s thinking and practices and break the cycle of personal challenges. The Program instills the values of the service-based leader profile which include respect, inclusivity, empathy, courage, integrity and loyalty.

HFP annually selects its participants from across Jordan through a competitive and rigorous process based on the Program’s criteria and standards. Furthermore, HFP strives to bridge the gap between Jordan’s cities and the outskirts, between one generation of thinkers and the next, linking local community development to the larger Jordanian context and the globe.
