The Maker Collective

The Maker Collective is a unique event that aims to unite and empower diverse stakeholders within Jordan’s maker ecosystem. The Maker Collective brings together local makers, innovators and stakeholders to exchange ideas, form new partnerships, and spark innovation.

The Crown Prince Foundation (CPF) is organizing the second edition of this event in line with the notable growth of innovation culture in Jordan. Through the Maker Collective, CPF aims to enhance socio-economic participation by promoting digital manufacturing, innovation and technological advancement across the region.

All sessions and activities at the Maker Collective are free and open to the public.

The Maker Collective aims to keep Jordanian innovators and makers connected with the latest global developments, support local maker and innovator networks, and foster collaboration and the exchange of knowledge among them. With the presence of supporters, partners, specialists, and experts, the Maker Collective aims to ensure that Jordan’s maker community remains informed and engaged with the local innovation landscape while also bringing the best global practices and experiences to Jordan.

The Maker Collective includes an exhibition of projects and ideas, workshops, panel discussions with experts and specialists, interactive activities, challenges, and competitions — all with the participation of hundreds of enthusiasts.

The Maker Collective workshops will be led by a number of experts and specialists and will cover a wide range of topics, including prototyping, 3D printing, the Internet of Things (IoT), textile technology, sculpting, and plastic recycling.

The Maker Collective provides a comprehensive platform to raise visitors’ awareness about the world of digital fabrication and its technologies. It promotes hands-on learning, opens new horizons for innovation development, enables networking, and supports the launch of new projects and ideas. This interactive environment brings together individuals from various sectors who are involved in product innovation and manufacturing, and who utilize digital fabrication and prototyping principles in their work, thereby positively impacting their entrepreneurial roles in society and enhancing their economic participation.

Yes, parking is available for all visitors within a short walking distance from the Ras El Ain Gallery in Greater Amman Municipality parking spaces/lots.

The Maker Collective will be held on Saturday, October 25th, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at Ras Al Ain Gallery, Amman.

The Maker Collective is open to enthusiasts of all ages — including makers, innovators, hobbyists, school and university students, experts and specialists, as well as representatives of civil society organizations and decision-makers.
