About Nahno

Nahno unites the efforts of the public and private sectors and civil society to provide the largest number of volunteering opportunities, across multiple fields and disciplines. Through its online presence, Nahno reaches youth across the Kingdom, involving them in the development of their respective communities and planting in them the seeds of civil service, social responsibility and collective action.

Nahno also brings together key players to build a thriving and safe environment that provides youth with the space they need to grow and develop as detailed by the Jordanian Volunteer Charter, which defines the principles and behaviors that govern volunteer work and outlines the rights and responsibilities of all participants. The Charter aims to promote the concept of volunteerism and clarify the guidelines, values, and principles that help achieve the goals of volunteer work.

Nahno was launched by the Crown Prince Foundation in 2019, in partnership with UNICEF and in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth. It is open to youth of all ages in Jordan.
